bet365 Mastercard is a pre-paid card that that you can use to withdraw your winnings from your bet365 account.

With your bet365 Mastercard balance, you can make online and in-store purchases, wherever prepaid Mastercard is accepted, or it can be withdrawn at an ATM.

Important Tip

The card is both Chip and Pin or contactless in-store.

Card activation

When you receive your card, you are required to activate the card. To do this, enter the nine-character activation code on the bet365 Mastercard page within the Bank section, then click Activate Now. This code can be found on the application letter or on the back of your card.

Funding the card

To fund your bet365 Mastercard, you must withdraw funds from your bet365 account balance to the bet365 Mastercard.

bet365 Mastercard deposits

You can use the available balance on your bet365 Mastercard, to make deposits back into your bet365 account.

Good to know

The application letter you received also contains your PIN number and instructions on how to reveal it.

Should you lose your PIN, you can retrieve this by visiting https://pin.emerchants.com.au/. Here, you will be prompted to enter your 16-digit Personal Account Number, along with your personal details to verify your identity. You are then given the option to create a new PIN.

bet365 Mastercard withdrawals

You can withdraw to your bet365 Mastercard up to five times per 24 hours and can withdraw from an ATM up to 10 times per 24 hours. For more details on withdrawal limits, select the link here.

Transaction History

You can view your bet365 Mastercard transaction history within the Bank section. Select bet365 Mastercard and Show, for your last 20 card transactions to be displayed from the previous 7 days.

For a more detailed view of your transaction history, visit https://sam.emerchants.com.au/bet365 and log in using your card number and PIN.

Lost or stolen card

If your bet365 Mastercard is lost or has been stolen, Contact Us immediately, as we must deactivate your card and transfer any remaining balance to your bet365 account.

Raising a complaint

bet365 treats all complaints and disputes seriously and is fully committed to ensuring that any received are dealt with in a fair, open and timely manner.

Should you wish to raise a complaint regarding your bet365 Mastercard, you can do so via telephone, email, Live Chat, web message or post via the Contact Us section.

If we and/or EML are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction within 45 days, you may be eligible to escalate your complaint to an external dispute resolution scheme, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to use.
