Quick Code is a simpler way to place your In-Play single and multi bets on the phone.
To place a bet using Quick Code, select the In-Play sports bets of your choice and add them to your Bet Slip, each In-Play selection will display alongside a unique code. You can then use the Call button at the bottom of the Bet Slip to call our Telephone Betting team. During the call your identity will be authenticated and you will be asked to provide the Quick Codes of your selections, along with your stake. Your bets will then be processed and confirmed by the advisor.
For the easiest way to use our Quick Code In-Play service, please ensure that you have the latest version of the bet365 App installed on your iOS or Android device.
If you are using a mobile browser or do not have a microphone installed on your desktop, you may be prompted to call our Telephone Betting team on 1800 365 365.

To make a deposit into your bet365 account you need to be logged in, then select the Services drop down menu in the top right corner > Deposit, alternatively if logged in on a computer this area can be accessed here. This will present you with the Deposit section of the Members page. From here you can select your desired payment method, submit the relevant payment details and register it to your account.
If you have registered a debit or credit card as your payment method you can use the Quick Deposit facility, this is available on all devices. Where you request to place a bet and do not have sufficient funds you will be asked to enter your Card Security Number also known as your CV2 (the three numbers on the back of your card under the signature strip) and it will deposit the funds required to cover the bet without the need to navigate away from the coupon to the Deposit page.

Cash Out gives you more control over your bets and offers you an opportunity to take a return before an event has finished. When this feature is available you can Cash Out a bet in its entirety or you can partially Cash Out your bet, whilst leaving the remainder of your stake to run.
With Cash Out, you no longer have to wait for your bet to reach its natural conclusion, you have the opportunity to track your selections and Cash Out at a point of your choice. You can also create a request for your bet to automatically Cash Out entirely or for a partial amount, where the Cash Out amount offered reaches a chosen value.
bet365 cannot guarantee that the Cash Out feature will be available on your bet selection. Where Cash Out is available pre-event and we do not cover or we stop covering the event In-Play, then Cash Out will be unavailable once the event starts or when In-Play coverage stops. Cash Out will not be available when a market is suspended.
The amount offered will depend on the performance of your selection(s) and may be higher or lower than your original stake enabling you to guarantee a profit or minimise a potential loss.

If you have submitted your documents using the upload facility in the Know Your Customer section of the website, we will aim to review your documents within 48 hours. Once the review is complete we will notify you by email.
However please be aware that due to high volumes, any documents sent in by email can take up to 72 hours for us to review. Once the review is complete we will notify you by email.
If you have already submitted your documents via email, you can speed up the verification of your account by also uploading them via the Know Your Customer section of the website.

Touch ID allows you to log into the bet365 App quickly and securely using your fingerprint. This feature is available on compatible Apple iOS devices. For full technical requirements please click here or visit the Technical Issues section.
In order to use Touch ID, it must be enabled within your device settings. This can be done by selecting Settings, Touch ID & Passcode and following the onscreen instructions to scan and save your fingerprint.
Following this, log into the bet365 App as normal and you will be presented with the Log in faster using Touch ID pop-up. Simply tap Use Touch ID on this pop-up to enable it for future log ins.
When Touch ID is enabled, press the Home button and where your fingerprint is a match you will be logged into your account.
If you decide that you no longer want to use Touch ID login, you can turn it off via the Services drop-down in the top right of the bet365 App.
Keep me logged in allows you to access your bet365 account without having to enter your username and password each time you open bet365 on your mobile or tablet.
To enable this feature on your mobile or tablet, simply select Keep me logged in on the log in pop-up and then enter your username and password.
Should you wish to disable Keep me logged in, simply select Log Out and the next time you access your account you will be prompted to enter your username and password.
You can fund your bet365 account using a wide range of payment methods including debit and credit cards, bank transfers, prepaid vouchers or ewallet systems. The clearance time of a withdrawal made from your bet365 account will vary depending on the payment method you use. For example, a withdrawal made to a credit or debit card takes 2-5 working days due to normal banking procedures, whereas a withdrawal made via Skrill takes 24 hours.

We always try to settle bets as quickly as possible. For some events, official confirmation of the result is necessary before settlement takes place, which may cause a slight delay. We aim to settle all bets within an hour of the event finishing and In-Play bets during the event, where the result is available.
